FEATURES:

• Outdoor Fireplace burns Propane or Natural Gas Logs or Real Wood. Plumbers knock out included on both sides of Fireplace Insert and access panel included on back of Fireplace. (Logs not included)
  
  
• Freestanding Entertainment Center complete with 17" Flat Screen, DVD.....includes protective cover for electronics and access panel on back for electronics installation.
  
  
• Two Freestanding Benches on either side of Fireplace. Order with eight foot bench on right side of Fireplace (when facing, between Fireplace and Spa Bench Wall) to open space large enough for 48" round table and chairs.

  Color/Tile Options:

• Standard Stucco Finish color is brown as shown. Un-painted (white) Stucco Finish is also available for your custom painting. We recommend contrasting with home since paint colors are usually very difficult to match.
  
  
• Nine Tile Colors Available. Porcelain, Granite and Travertine. (Please refer to Tile Sample Board at Authorized Dealership, Price Changes according to Tile Choice)
  
  Sizing:
  All components are manufactured semi-custom according to the space provided and spa length, width and height measurements provided. All components can be mixed and matched. The Fireplace can be put in a different area of backyard than spa. All components are easily moveable by one man for easy service access to all sides of spa. Foot print dimensions are available upon request for 84' & 92" square spas. Dimensional Drawing must be Approved and Signed by customer prior to start of production.
  
  Power:
  Entertainment Center REQUIRES 110v power gang outlet terminating inside of enclosed unit. Electric run and hook up must be performed by a licensed electrician and completed according to National Electric Codes, State Codes, County Codes, City, Township and Municipality Codes.
  
  Warranty:
  Entire System is warranted to be free from material and manufacturing defects upon delivery. Electronics are warranted by the electronics manufacturer directly with end user. Terms of warranty vary depending on availability of electronics. All electronics are subject to change without prior notice.
  
  
  PRODUCTION TIME: Please allow 4-5 weeks for production plus transportation time.
  
  CRATING: The entire unit is crated for protection. Touch up paint, stucco and 1' sq. extra tile is included in crate for minor repairs on the job site.
  
  SHIPMENTS: All shipments are FOB, Phoenix, AZ. Freight charges are COD and insurance must be provided by the purchaser. In some cases, FSHP, Inc. can insure with carrier on purchasers behalf if included on paid invoice. No insurance is carried by freight company unless noted and included on Bill of Lading.
